Aerobics MARCH SESSION

Join this class and focus on aerobic routines and other exercises for muscle conditioning, strength training, balance, and stretching Enjoy upbeat music with exercises that are challenging yet safe, and easily modified for all fitness levels. Instructor: Judy Whitney. Registration required. 5 classes in this session. Cost: $25.00. After registering and paying, you will receive an email confirmation with the zoom link to be used for all classes in session. Starts March 2nd. Held Tuesdays at 3:15 pm.
