JENKS CENTER: Aging Well Presentation and Discussion Group: Tuesday, October 4 from 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.: Are you interested in learning about ageing well? Amy Driscoll (the social work intern) will be giving a brief presentation about aspects of good ageing, such as living with a chronic Illness, diet, sleep patterns, the importance of avoidance of substance and positive mental health.
