The Jenks Center is pleased to introduce a new program funded by our friends at Winchester Mount Vernon House to promote socialization at the Jenks. A native of Winchester, Dan O’Connell was named Police Chief in February 2021 after joining the force as a patrolman in 2000. He was promoted to sergeant in 2008 and then detective lieutenant in 2012. He has served as the lieutenant-in-charge since 2016, which is second in command to the police chief. Chief O’Connell has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Saint Anselm College along with trainings and certifications in computer forensics, network administration and security. Refreshments provided, all participants must pre-register in advance.
