Whether you have been putting off executing an estate plan for years or have changes to an existing plan you’ve been thinking about for a while, this seminar will give you a refresher on the basics and help you decide whether any changes to your current documents are in fact necessary. We’ll discuss the reasons for executing a Health Care Proxy, Power of Attorney, and Will, and why some of life’s changes, or changes in the law, might lead to revisit your current plan.
