9:30 am Wednesday mornings in Ripley Chapel of First Congregational Church,(in the back of the white church at the Town Common). Non-sectarian, non-political, non-verbal, just plain being in silence together for 20 minutes. Call it meditation, centering prayer, mindfulness, relaxation. Keep your heart awake. All are welcome.
