The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 3719 will again be able to sponsor Winchester’s Veterans Day observance on Thursday, November 11, 2021 thanks to the support from our Town government and encouragement from Winchester’s citizens.  The Parade will assemble at the Jenks Parking Lot at 10:15 a.m. and step-off at 10:30 a.m.   The route will be as follows:

1. Skillings Lot to Mt. Vernon Street towards the rotary
2. Around the rotary to Church Street
3. Left at Waterfield Road
4. Left at Mystic Valley Parkway (parade pauses to lay a wreath at the war memorial at Lincoln School)
5. From Mystic Valley Parkway down Main Street to the rotary
6. Right onto Mt. Vernon Street to the Edward F. O’Connell Memorial Plaza at Town Hall were the civic exercises will take place.
