Winchester Cultural Council grants are available for any cultural project that offers a public benefit, including creation of visual art; musical or dance performances; poetry and literature; photography, film and video; historical documentation; educational programs in science and nature; and multicultural celebrations. The application deadline is October 17, 2022.

Available funds are at an all-time high, as both the town and the state recognize the importance of cultural activity to our community after years of health-related restrictions and the ongoing disruptions of local construction. The Cultural Council encourages ambitious proposals to enrich the cultural life of Winchester and to bring people together both in the downtown area and throughout the town.
